Even if I'm not a fan of those "tribute" records I'm interested in the Quireboys one (& also in the one Tesla should release). This cover is ok for me, not as excellent as some Quireboys originals. I'm more expecting the Spike solo album : It's a treat to be alive. Hope it'll be out soon.

Treat To Be Alive is an excellent record. I've had me mits on a copy for about 10 months now, real pity that it hasn't seen the light of day for so long. Very much more mellow than his day job, and some real thought provoking moments on it. Biggest pity is that it wasn't availiable to co-incide with the promo tour he did last April - no doubt explaining the minimal corwds that turned out. We only had about 50 in Nottingham. Not best.
